On Tuesday 26C hit a trailer hauling a concrete bridge beam and derailed three locomotives and several cars taking out the track for several yards at Collegedale, TN. The crew were taken to hospital but are apparently OK. With the short winter days I didn’t have enough time to get their last night so I went up this morning to catch the cleanup. For the second part of the video I was lucky and got some sun. I waited around and caught a very long 369 with two sets of DPUs mid and rear train which is very unusual.
