The hurdles we may face in life can come in many forms. For some, it’s not having a voice, while for others, it’s not having the confidence to speak.
Ayesha Chundrigar's story is one where she lacked the mere ability to speak in front of someone. As such, in a world where humans lack empathy towards each other, she chose to become a voice for the voiceless.
This talk focuses on how Ayesha conquered her inner, irrational fears, and what drove her to stand where she is today. Ayesha Chundrigar is the founder and CEO of ACF Animal Rescue. A licensed psychotherapist, she also holds a Masters of Arts in International Journalism. Her achievements rank from winning the Green Innovation Challenge organized by WWF-Pakistan to heading a refugee camp of 700 displaced people in Islamabad after the 2005 earthquake in Pakistan. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
