Thinly Sliced coconut -1/4 cup
Coconut oil -3 tbs
Shallots -1/4 cup
Boild rice -1/2 cup
Rice flour -1 cup
Cardamom- 3 nos
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Water -2 cup
Salt -1 pinch
Baking soda -2 pinch
