Colle Fauniera - Italy's Best Kept Secret - Cycling Inspiration & Education

Today we're exploring the Colle Fauniera, one of the toughest and most beautiful climbs in northern Italy that you may never have even heard of. While the legendary Stelvio often steals the limelight, in contrast the Fauniera is a wicked and wild silent giant, and one for those that love to go deep into the unknown. With steep pitches, huge views and a road as raspy as a cow's tongue, this is a climb that's definitely for the purists and one of Italy's best kept secrets!
