Top Mods Weekly: NEW Mage Armor, College Edits, Weather Mechanics and MORE! (Skyrim XBOX Mods)

Hello everyone and welcome to another top mods weekly video,
My first since Christmas!
This week we have returning favourites with edits that make it more performance friendly,
We get brand new armor peices with excellent mage utility,
A new edit to the Mages College with more NPCS,
A combat mod that fixes the ranged AI of enemies,
A brand new town for you to explore,
And of course a look at another YouTuber's mod!

I haven't had the time to test Interesting NPCs or Beyond Reach just yet and as they are 1gb huge additional DLC styled mods I will give them more attention in their own videos!
