In the initial phase, they need intensive physical therapy with AFO followed by maintenance therapy. Parents' involvement in planning and treatment is mandatory for a good outcome.

Trishla Foundation provides comprehensive rehabilitation to these children as well as training to parents in a home-based therapy program so that when they go back they can continue therapy at their home.

Mohd Asad, was not able to sit or crawl when they came but became independent after a year. This outcome is miraculous to his parents and family members.
