#NIITDigital​​ #FutureReady​​ #AxisBank​​ Priority Banking Programme is an initiative of Axis Bank in collaboration with NIIT IFBI. It is a perfect blend of on-campus and on-the-job learning that prepares next-gen bankers. The programme helps learners gain a PG Diploma in Banking & Relationship Management from NIIT University and a job with Axis Bank as Deputy Manager in less than 12 months. The PBRM program comprises of 6.5 months online/campus programme at NIIT University, 3 months of Stipend based Internship at Axis Bank and a 2.5 months of On-The-Job training at Axis Bank. The program is open for any Graduate with 50% or higher academic scores, and helps kick start their career with a CTC of ₹5 LPA.
