Comparing the results of swapping out the Stock Harley whip antenna on my 2019 Ultra Limited for the Rydonair 7" stubby antenna. As you can see and hear reception actually improved quite a bit with the Rydonair, very noticable difference comparing reception on channel 3 between the two antennas. The stock antenna couldn't even pick up all of the four channels I'm comparing in this video by auto scanning the frequency band. It wasn't until I installed the Rydonair that the scan picked up all four stations frequencies which I could then save in the hotbar. I then swapped back to the stock antenna to compare channel reception between the two, and this time I could tune in to all four stations but, as you can tell, with some reception issues. I have to say, I'm impressed by the Rydonair antenna. It looks so much better, it doesn't whip and flap about when riding, it doesn't try to have your eye out as you're moving around the bike in the garage... All of this without any loss of reception. On the contrary, reception was actually greatly improved. A well worth investment if you ask me.
