A motorist turned the tables and pulled over a cop in this bizarre traffic stop. The driver actually reprimanded the cop for speeding. Claudia Castillo says she was driving down the street when the cop sped past her. She then chased him down and recorded the whole event. She says she's fed up with cops speeding through her neighborhood, so she decided to take the law into her own hands. The officer apologized and said he would "be sure to slow down." #InsideEdition
