Ingredients:
1. Fish stock 5 cups
2. Shrimp 10 pcs
3. Lemon grass 1 stick
4. Kaffir lime leaves 6/7 pcs
5. Galangal 10/12 slices
6. Chili paste 2 tbsp
7. Fish sauce 3 tbsp
8. Evaporated milk ½ cup
9. Lime juice 2tbsp
10. Thai chilies 6 pcs
11. Mushrooms 1 cup
12. Onion (cut in to small cubes) ½ cup
13. Sugar ½ tsp
