Using Line 6 Helix with Seymour Duncan Powerstage 700

Updated description: I returned the Powerstage 700 a matter of days after taking delivery. I know that there are a lot of satisfied PS170 and PS700 customers out there, but for me, there was no escaping that gritty/harsh nature of a Class D power amp. I ended up getting a Matrix VB800 after and was much happier with that (Class A/B). It was warmer and smoother. Fast-forward to 2019 and I sold the Matrix and got a Hughes & Kettner Black Spirit 200 which destroys both of those amps. Just wanted to provide an update here to share my personal opinion...if you want a Powerstage and can stomach the nature of it as well as sacrifice some tone, go for it! If you don't want to sacrifice on your sound, go for a tube power amp and don't look back. The technology will be there someday...the H&K proves it.

Original description: Welp, I made the jump from tube to solid state. This wasn't an easy decision, but I did this for stereo options and power amp reliability.
I've ran this configuration in four different cabs (EVH, Carvin and Soldano) over the past day and I'm 75% satisfied. I still need to tweak but I think that the trade-offs will weigh out eventually.
