This 2 ingredient chocolate fudge is gluten free, dairy free, paleo, vegan, and refined sugar free, and so easy to make. It’s the perfect sweet treat to make when you don’t have a lot of time!

Ingredients:
•1 cup (6oz) dark or semi-sweet chocolate (I use dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate)
•1 cup nut or seed butter of choice (almond, peanut, cashew, and sunflower seed butter are all delicious!)

Instructions:
1. First, melt your chocolate (in the microwave or on the stovetop using the double boiler method).
2. Once melted, add in 1 cup nut or seed butter. Mix together until everything is smooth and well combined.
3. Add the mixture to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and top with whatever toppings you like (or leave it plain). I added chopped nuts and flaky sea salt to this batch.
4. Place the loaf pan in the fridge for several hours until the fudge is nice and firm, then slice into pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
