What is Khana Kasht (column of Cultivation)–How to Read FARD Jamabandi–Double Sale- land measurement

In FARD, you might have seen two different columns;- one is column of cultivation and other is column of ownership. If you purchased any land, you should know whether you have purchased land from Khana Kasht or not. In this video, I have shown a copy of FARD Jamabandi (Register Haqdaran-e-Zamin) Misl e miadi and also explained how to read it. The people whose names are reflecting in column of ownership as well as column of cultivation, some times sell out their land from khana Kasht. The purchaser’s name is usually entered in Khana kasht (known as Khana Kasht k Mushtri) and the owner’s name still reflects in Khana Malkiat. how to know which land is transferred? In this way, the land may be sold twice i.e double sale of land may take place.
