From the time the NFL released the Cincinnati Bengals schedule, fans knew Week 17 would be a test for the Bengals as they would again face the Kansas City Chiefs on the road in Arrowhead Stadium.

However, no one would have predicted Jake Browning would be the quarterback looking to keep the Bengals AFC playoff hopes alive with a needed road win against the defending Super Bowl Champions.

Browning would play solid, going 19 of 33 for 197 yards, a touchdown passing, and one on the ground as the Bengals would hold an early 17-7 lead over the Chiefs.

But there is a reason Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid have been successful over the past few seasons, and neither flinched, placing kicker Harrison Butker in position six field goals on the day and the 25-17 win over the Bengals.

Browning spoke with the media following the game and gave his reaction to the disappointment of the day's events.
