Lydford Gorge is the deepest river gorge in the South West, with 30m high waterfall. The full walk through the gorge is around three miles and can take anything up to about two hours. Filming wise it's quite tricky as much of the gorge is narrow and getting the right film settings can be a challenge. This was filmed on the INSTA 360 X4 using 5.7K and 100 FPS - everything else was standard but the aura from the lens protectors (premium) is quite nasty due to angle of sun and low contrast day.
