This video shows the alternative location where Custom Unaffiliated Gang vehicles spawn in Cypress Flats for PS4/XBOX1/PC. These Custom vehicles also spawn off a driveway in Grove Street but aren't reliable. If you're interested in spawning these vehicles, I suggest you use the Cypress Flats location shown in the video. Driving a gang vehicle along El Rancho Blvd near Olson's Autos Imperial Blvd during the day between 10:00-18:00(in-game time) will increase your chances of spawning the unaffiliated version although non custom vehicles will also spawn them.
