Sugar 210 g (1 cup)
3 eggs (room temperature)
Vanilla 1/4 tsp
1 pinch of salt
All purpose flour (or cake flour) 200 g (1 & 1/4 cups)
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp

▶Cake pan size (20-23 cm)
▶Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes

▶Cream cheese sauce
Cream cheese 30 g ( 1/4 cup)
Heavy cream 30 g (1/8 cup)
Powdered sugar 20 g (2Tbsp)
