Dear Governor Hogan. I am writing you this letter as part of my Constitutional Right to address grievances to my elected officials. Shellenberger used his office to illegally incarcerate me and take the evidence exposing the system of Political corruption in the Courts under Gov.O'Malley's administration.And directly tied to Scot Shellenbergers office. I won my case and was found innocent of all charge.
