Baghlan is one of the provinces that has witnessed deadly and destructive floods in recent months. These floods have claimed the lives of dozens of people and displaced hundreds.

But three years after the return of the Islamic Emirate to power, what is the situation in Baghlan? From security to local governance, education, higher education, health services, and reconstruction, what actions have been taken in this province?
