Why I quit the city to live alone in the wilderness (and why I love it)

(Episode 11) I'm the author of the WARM BODIES book series (yes, there was a movie) and I live with my cat, Bob, in a mostly off-grid shed in the central Washington wilderness. Here is a story about the emotional realities of living remote and rustic, and what drove me to leave the city in the first place. Exactly how crazy did I go?
