✨ PLUM CAKE - No Alcohol, eggless, no sugar and no maida

-Dry Ingredients
Whole wheat flour 2 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp
Ginger powder 1/8 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/8 tsp

-Wet ingredients
Curd 1 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Jaggery powder 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup

-Chopped Nuts
Dates
Fig
Almonds
Walnuts
Cashews
Raisin
Black raisin
Cranberry
Tutti fruity
Pumpkin seeds
Pistachios
Orange juice 2 cups

-Method
Soak chopped nuts into orange juice for 10 minutes. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl. Sift in dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet mixture and soaked nuts to dry mixture. Mix in well with cut and fold method. Grease a baking tin. Pour in mixture. Top with some chopped nuts. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
