Strawberry sugar lip scrub
clear glass jar, 15 ml (0.5 oz)
1 tbsp white sugar
1 rounded tsp freeze dried strawberry powder
1 tbsp strawberry seed oil

Raspberry sugar lip scrub
clear glass jar, 15 ml (0.5 oz)
1 tbsp white sugar
1 rounded tsp freeze-dried raspberry powder
1 tbsp raspberry seed oil

The strawberry seed oil has distinctive wine scent, while the scent of the raspberry seed oil is delicate. No matter which oil you choose, you can’t be wrong. Both oils will help your cracked lips to get soft and kissable.

I decided to go with a combination of strawberry powder and raspberry seed oil. The quantity in the recipe is enough to fill 2 glass jars.

Ingredients
2 clear glass jars, 15 ml (0.5 oz)
2 tbsp white sugar
2 rounded tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder
2 tbsp raspberry seed oil

Benefits
The white sugar gently exfoliates your lips removing the dead cells.

The freeze-dried strawberry powder not only gives this great red colour and aroma to the product. The acid in the strawberry powder helps the sugar in the exfoliating and will make your lips softer.

The high quantity of vitamin A and E in the raspberry seed oil makes it a great antioxidant.

Directions
Pour the white sugar in a cup and add the freeze-dried strawberry powder. Mix well.
Add the raspberry seed oil and stir till everything blends.
Pour the strawberry sugar lip scrub in two glass jars.

How to use it
Exfoliate your lips once a week.

How long it lasts
The reason why I didn't use fresh fruits but freeze-dried powder is because in this way the shelf life of the lip scrub will be about a month. If you use fresh strawberries for the recipe, the lip scrub will last only a few days and you have to keep it in a refrigerator.
