The man, showing clear signs of impairment, resisted questioning and was arrested for DUI after becoming erratic and uncooperative. The woman, severely intoxicated, received medical assistance and was taken to the hospital, while her vehicle was impounded. The officers handled the situation with care, ensuring safety and addressing the violations.
