1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Cooking Oil or Melted Butter
orange,Green,violet and red food color
1 cup Dessicated Coconut

PASTILLAS
150ml or Half can Condensed Milk
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 cup Powdered Milk
