✅ World’s First 2G Bamboo-based Ethanol Plant – Inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji
This pioneering project converts bamboo biomass into fuel-grade 2G ethanol. With bamboo being one of the fastest-growing and most sustainable crops, this plant reduces fossil fuel dependency, cuts greenhouse gas emissions, and creates new livelihood opportunities for farmers. It is a landmark in India’s journey toward energy independence and the bio-economy of the future.

✅ India’s First Cooperative CBG Plant with Spentwash Dryer & Potash Granulation – Inaugurated by Hon’ble Union Home & Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah ji
This integrated model is a first-of-its-kind for the cooperative sugar sector.

Spentwash biomethanated solids are processed through a spray dryer to generate Potash Granules, reducing imports and supporting farmers with organic fertilizer.

The remaining press mud digestate is converted into FOM (Fermented Organic Manure), enriching soil health and promoting sustainable agriculture.

The plant produces Compressed Biogas (CBG), a clean alternative fuel for vehicles and industries.

This model showcases a circular economy approach – transforming waste into valuable energy and fertilizer, benefiting both farmers and the environment.
