Bend Quality 101: Die Profiles, Ratios, Diagnosis, and MORE

There's a lot of discussion out there about bend quality across different tube benders, so we wanted to make this video to help explain all of the different factors that contribute to the quality of your bend. Topics discussed include wall thickness ratios, die radius ratios (or D ratios for short), die profiles, and some of the different ways you can improve the bend quality on your Rogue Fab tubing bender.
