Biryani is my obsession and over 5 years i am trying each day to master the art of biryani ❤️

I consider myself “BIRAYNI QUEEN” yes because my biryani never goes wrong, if you wish to please your loved ones and win their heart over then please try my take on basmati rice chicken biryani.


everybody can make best sela rice but in order to get the perfect basmati rice there’s alot to look into. so carefully watch my video.



Ingredients:

Shan box spice 1
2 onions
200 gms tomatoes
1 cup oil
700 gms chicken
4 potatoes
3 cups rice
1 1/2 tsp salt for rice


for garnishinh:

1 tomatoe
1/3rd cup fried onions
4-5 green chillies
1/2 lemon
corriander
