Ingredients

Wheat flour : 1 1/2 cup
Semolina : 1/4 cup
Salt
Water : 1 cup
Oil

Step :
1. Mix heat flour , semolina and salt to gather in a bowl
2. Add water little by little and mix it well and knead the dough nicely
3. keep it aside for 1 hour , after 1 hours knead it again by applying little oil
4. Take small portion out of the dough, and dust some dry flour and roll it out using a roller , cut puri shape using a round cutter , make all the puri and keep them covered ,
5. When the oil is hot , turn the flame on medium to high and fry all the puries one by one
6. Fry puri till it becomes nice golden brown , take it out on tissue paper
7. Fry all the puries this way and serve then hot with Shrikhand and bhaji
