The Sisson Project is an initiative of Northcliff Resources Ltd. to responsibly develop a globally significant tungsten-molybdenum deposit in central New Brunswick. The Sisson property hosts a near surface tungsten-molybdenum deposit amenable to open pit mine development. Pending Project approval, construction of the Sisson Project could begin in 2014. The Sisson Project has a projected mine life of 27 years.

Northcliff Resources Ltd. (TSX: NCF) is a mineral development company focused on progressing the feasibility-stage Sisson Tungsten-Molybdenum Project in central New Brunswick to production. Sisson has excellent potential to be a near-term metal producer, with the capability to meet increasing tungsten demand from North American and European markets.

Northcliff has embarked on a program comprised of drilling, engineering and environmental studies to advance the Sisson Project through feasibility and into permitting. The Feasibility Study is now complete and an Environmental Impact Assessment is targeted for submission in 2013, following which project permitting would be initiated.

The Sisson property hosts a large structurally controlled, intrusion-related tungsten-molybdenum deposit amenable to open pit mining.

The Sisson property is well suited to the mining development strengths at Hunter Dickinson (HDI) and represents another opportunity for the HDI mining team to unlock the inherent significant potential within a porphyry-type tungsten-molybdenum deposit.
