Frank can be found in one of rooms inside the Block A2. He will ask you to bring him a chemical compound, which is necessary for his research. You have to leave the lab building and go to its northern side where you'll find a gate.

Move forward, killing Walkers along your way. You'll get to the gate, which you can bypass by climbing the yellow boxes. Go through the warehouse door you'll be attacked by three Walkers. Before you get a canister, open the main gate by pulling out the plank blocking it.Take fluid and return to Frank place the canister next to the door. If you come across any zombies along your way you have to throw away the canister and kill them you're not able to use a weapon while carrying something.
