Creating balloon shapes, such as a bow and a rainbow, can be a fun and creative activity.

Balloon Bow

*Materials:*
- 1 long twisting balloons
- Balloon pump


1. *Inflate the Balloons:*
Inflate two long twisting balloons, leaving about a 1-inch tail uninflated on each.

2. *Create the Bow Loops:*
Take one balloon and fold it in half, bringing the two ends together. Twist the ends together to create a loop. Repeat this with the second balloon.

3. *Form the Bow:*
Lay the two loops on top of each other in an X shape. Twist the center of the X where the loops cross to secure them together.
Adjust the loops and the knot until they look like a bow. You can twist and bend the balloons gently to perfect the shape.

Balloon Rainbow

*Materials:*
- 5-7 long twisting balloons in different colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet)

- Balloon rainbow


Lay out the inflated balloons in the order of the rainbow colors.
Starting with two balloons, twist the ends together. Continue adding one balloon at a time, twisting each new balloon’s end with the previous one. You will have all the balloon ends twisted together in a bundle.

Once all balloons are connected at the ends, gently bend them to form the shape of a rainbow. You might need to adjust the positioning of each balloon to achieve the desired arch.

You can secure the base of the rainbow by twisting the other ends of the balloons together or tying them to a weight or stable object.
