Ragulan, the Founder and Director of Epitom Digital, Pick a Book, Life After Retirement (LAR), and Simbutu, is a qualified Marketer and Social Entrepreneur His initiative, which took inspiration from his local childhood from Jaffna spearheaded a global movement to transform lives through reading. He has played a key role in building entrepreneurship and a knowledge based society through his expertise in marketing, management and leadership.

Spearheading a global change through Pickabook, a movement created to transform lives through reading, LAR (Life After Retirement) a platform to uplift the lives of senior citizens, and Simbutu, a community for pet lovers, he has provided leadership to numerous new ventures focused on personal development.

As the Regional Director for BNI (Business Network International) in Sri Lanka, the world’s largest referral marketing organization which comprises of a membership of over 250,000 globally, Ragulan was successful in implementing transformational changes and inspiring a number of entrepreneurs and decision makers who became strong contributors of the BNI fraternity.

Ragulan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colombo, is a Chartered Marketer, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and is a recipient of the prestigious recognition as the Sri Lankan prize winner for Marketing in Practice and Strategic Marketing in Practice in the years 2007 and 2009 respectively.
