40 Min Winter Meridians Yin | Kidney & Urinary Bladder Meridians Yin Yoga

Hi, friends! This Yin Yoga class features poses that target the meridians of Winter, the Kidney & Urinary Bladder meridians. Yin Yoga is informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5 Element Theory, and one of the primary uses of Yin Yoga is to balance the meridians. The Kidney meridian is like a storehouse of energy, so we want this meridian to be healthy for the Winter months whenever life can get kind of hard. The emotion of Winter is fear, so you might use this practice to ground yourself, and to connect to a sense of abundance and gratitude for what you have in your life.
