2:16 T4-T5: Terastalize, 2x Draining Kiss (Heal Cheer if it gets disabled on the first of these two uses)
3:21 T6: Amnesia
3:42 T7: Draining Kiss (Heal Cheer if it's disabled)
4:07 T8-T9: Nasty Plot until your special attack is maxed.
4:36 T10-T12: Dazzling Gleam until your stats reset (if it's disabled or you need HP switch to Draining Kiss
5:44 T13: Amnesia

Pros: supereffective tera type matching base type, excellent HP and special attack stats, no type weaknesses, immune to dragon darts and breaking swipe, immune to shadow ball before terastalizing, nasty plot buffs special attack 2 stages. amnesia buffs special defense 2 stages. moonblast and draining kiss have 100 accuracy and deal supereffective STAB (tera-boosted when terastalized) damage. draining kiss recovers 50% of damage dealt in HP. moonblast has 95 base power and a 30% chance of debuffing special attack 1 stage. shell bell heals when attacking, an amount equal to 1/8th of damage dealt. competitive buffs special attack 2 stages when shadow ball debuffs wigglytuff's special defense
