Momo Fest 2019 Melbourne was attended by more than 30,000 people and is a testament of growing popularity of MOMO FEST in a its short history.

Momo Fest is the only event of its kind in Australia dedicated to glorious momo. Momos are the Nepalese version of dumplings that burst with flavour. With over 30 varieties of momo,, Momo Fest is a paradise for dumpling lovers.

Apart from momo, there was a full spectrum of the most amazing entertainments ranging from live music featuring international and local bands, DJs, multicultural performances, roving performers, kids entertainment, workshops and momo competitions.

Live performances invlcuded Bipul Chettri & The Travelling Band, Party Girls 80s band, Indigenous HIP HOP Projects, Island Roots Performing Arts, NEDA, The Kazoos, Namastey Melbourne Dance Crew, Rhythm Unites and Bumble Bee and Optimus Prime from Transformers.

The total amount of 10,000 dollars was raised from MoMo Fest 2019 for MIT Group Foundation's project to rebuild Janapriya High School in the remote Myagdi village of Nepal.
