Paulina's Wild Ride At Delta Downs!

This video includes an interview I conducted with 22-year-old apprentice jockey Paulina Ramirez, who had the ride of her life at Delta Downs on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.

Her mount, St Teresa, ducked in and hit the rail while leading in a maiden race and in the process unseated Ramirez. The athletic and nimble jockey hung on to the neck of the horse and kept one leg aboard before pulling herself back into the saddle. Amazing!
