Fallout 4 [Modded PS4] - - First Street Flats

My first build in two years! Thanks for stopping by to check it out. This was built on PS4 (basic edition, not the pro model) in survival mode at Starlight Drive-in using no cheats (besides the infinite jetpack ring to prevent fall damage while building).

Mods used: QwaPA, Grounded, Custom Vanilla Assets, Fallout4Guy Requested Parts, New Akira's Clutter - Revival Edition, STC - Base Game, Build Anywhere, Busy Settlers Rugs, and Ultimate Jetpack Ring
