Supreme Court hears arguments in case weighing Twitter's liability in terror case | full audio

The Supreme Court heard arguments in Twitter, Inc. v. Taamneh, a case brought on by the family of a man who was killed in a 2017 Islamic State group attack on Reina nightclub in Istanbul. The justices are considering whether Twitter, Facebook and YouTube can be held liable for aiding and abetting a terrorist attack under the federal law called the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act.
