Search "color changer for vehicle" and "Trainer mod for GTA SA Android" then you have to make sure if the trainer is yellow

Also i spawned vehicles through the trainer and everything including wanted levels and so on.

Please don't ask me for FPS limiter mod and CLEO APK links! Also the mods that in this video description is only for Android, not for PC and DE!
