S. Molnom Village- The Pros and Cons Of Being The Cleanest Village In Manipur.

Snugged assumedly near the Highway in Kangpokpi district, S. Molnom village is considered the cleanest village in Manipur. The place is located about 24 km from Imphal, and the village chief Haokhotinlian ( Helian ) Vaiphei struggles to keep his village clean amidst increasing visitors. Something he was not prepared for.
I had a rare chance to meet him at his village and this is our conversation.
