When camera phone manufacturers create new phones or new updates for their phones, it can sometimes cause issues with certain applications, including our MagView app. You can use the MagView adaptor while waiting for the update by locking the lens. In this video, we demonstrate how to do that with an Apple iPhone.

We are working with new developers to keep up with all the phone updates, including iPhone, Android, and phone-specific updates. If you run into a situation where the MagView app is not working as it should, try updating the MagView app first. If that doesn’t work, you can use the MagView digiscoping adaptor without the app by locking the camera lens.
