Operating on a total area of 59.000 m2, including 29.000 m2 of factory and 30.000 m2 of log stock area, HGT Reel undertakes the supply of wooden reels to national and international cable and wire manufacturers.
HGT Reel realises an effective quality process at every stage of its production, from order to shipment, with the total quality management systems it has implemented.
HGT Wood Reel factory, which works with full automation system with its modern machine park and expert team, has a total of 3 drying ovens with a capacity of 300 m3 in accordance with ISPM-15 standards, automatic nailing line, fully automatic prism cutting line which is the only one in Turkey with its technology.

HGT Reel manufactures 100.000 m3 of timber and 80.000 pieces of wooden cable reels with sidewall diameters ranging from 55 cm to 320 cm, in standard or special sizes according to your request, and ships them to every region of Turkey for ease of transport, in an assembled manner, on time and flawlessly.
