Save Me From Myself is a short film that tackles the issue of mental health from a unique perspective and hopes to shed light on the importance of taking care of and prioritising your mental health and the mental health of those around you.

In this video, Myself and the director Alistair Chekaoui talk in-depth about the origins of this film. As well as interview all the acting cast of the film on their specific process of what they did to achieve the vision that we were going for.

I'm very grateful to our lovely cast for joining me on this call to allow everyone watching to meet them and get a chance to know a bit more about the people behind the characters.
