Two very important things to consider: How to pick the right sunscreen for your skin type and how to use it!

This one more on the practical side of sunscreen use. You will notice that I show most of the brands of sunscreens I currently use on myself and my family. Each one serves a different purpose but all of them meet my minimum requirement in choosing a sunscreen -- broad-spectrum with at least an SPF of 30 or a PA ++ rating (if available) and water-resistant (at least for those I plan to use when swimming or doing sports activities)

I also demonstrate how I layer my sunscreens to make sure I apply the right amount and enough to get what I need, also what I use to keep myself protected throughout the day.
