When your Frontpoint Hub & Keypad arrive at your door, they're already pre-configured and ready to use. In this video, get step-by-step instructions on how to control your Hub with the Keypad.

Arming and disarming your Frontpoint home security system is easy. When you're home and want to keep your system armed, use the Stay feature on the Keypad. This will arm everything except your Motion Sensors so you don't accidentally trigger them while you're walking around your house.

To disarm your system, just enter your custom 4-digit code and press the Disarm button.

When you're not home, use the Away function on the Keypad to arm your entire smart home system, including Motion Sensors, by simply pressing the Away button on the Keypad. Have a pet at home? No worries! Our state-of-the-art technology knows the difference between a pet and a person so your Motion Sensors can still be active with no false alarms from furry friends.

PRO TIP: Your Keypad can be used for panic alarm. Press and hold the 4 and 6 buttons at the same time to trigger a fire alarm. Continue watching to learn about other panic alarm functions.

If your Keypad should ever lose connection with your Frontpoint Hub, press and hold the 1 and 3 keys to re-sync the Keypad. Confirm that your sync has been successful by arming and disarming your system.
