We consider this a mobile home actually a cottage, however I believe some people may like this as a tiny home! This is a 16x54 mobile home. The manufacturer for this home is Cappaert Housing, the model name for this home is the "cottage." This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This home is smaller but could very functional for the right purpose. I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.
