This concert in the Capitol Theatre, New Jersey came shortly after the album Into The Music was released. The set has most of tracks from the album plus a number of Van's biggest hits up to that point including Moondance and Gloria.
Katie Kissoon on backing vocals and Tony Marcus on violin bring a warm tone to the band who are as tight as ever. This restrained video in moody black and white has some strange lighting changes but the music is top notch. The full concert is recorded apart from the front of Moonshine Whiskey which is inexplicably missing.
