He opens with an instant death attack that takes out Gilder and Aika, and I somehow misclick and waste one of the two revives next turn. With all things considered this is an annoying, but not necessarily hard fight, Neglora will do negligible damage, but remove buffs. Reapply Increm on Vyse, but don't bother with buffs otherwise. Aika should primarily be using Delta Shield when not rebuffing Vyse or reviving Fina, to prevent magic from working at all, including the instant death Eterni. Aura of Denial is good to the instant death from working, but to be honest I wouldn't use it unless Gilder is alive with 1-2 others as a back up plan to not getting wiped whilst reviving the other member(s). Try to build up Focus on free turns so you can go for Cutlass Fury and Gunslinger.

After the battle Belleza is seen making a sacrifice, she crashes her ship into the fleeing Galcian, presumably killing them both.

The Elders also make a sacrifice, they crash the Silver Shrine into Soltis, removing the barrier so we can infiltrate it. After this all your fourth party members are available for selection. There's an argument for all of them, but out of preference I stick with Gilder. Drachma is probably the least useful, Gilder has a cheap enough multi hit ability, but Enrique is better overall as he generates more focus, and has Justice Shield at a very cheap cost which halves damage for everyone, freeing up Fina and Aika more (he also suits the party better personality wise, being younger and not jaded like the other two).

Head back to Crescent Island and talk with Ryu-kan and you'll receive the Vorlik Blade, Vyse's Ultimate Weapon which hits a fair bit higher, but is A LOT more accurate than the Thunder Cutlass. Stock up on items at Osman if you need any and save the game ready for taking on Soltis and Ramirez.
