For those who have slow internet

Here's the Solution

1. Plug your Jbl power supply adapter

2. Must be the indicator lights are On. even charging..

3. Press Jbl connect and Volume up for 10 seconds

( look for charging indicator lights must be turn red)

4. Unplug the Jbl power supply adapter

5. Press the power button

( the device must turn off)

6. Press the power button again

( your device must turn on )
