Talking Science - with Hans Rosling

In our latest Winton Lecture Series, we hear from Professor Hans Rosling on the topic of ‘Factfulness’.

Hans Rosling, professor of International Health in Stockholm, is a well-known public speak on global change. Time magazine listed him among the 100 most influential people in the world. He studied Statistics and Medicine in Sweden and worked as a medical doctor in Mozambique.

His award-winning lectures are labelled “humorous, yet deadly serious”, with his key message being that the old division between Developed and Developing countries has been replaced by countries on a continuum of social and economic development levels.

He is a member of Scientific Academies and author of a textbook on Global Health.
